Yoichi Watanabe, who has seen Niseko in transition over the years, will give a talk on the history of Niseko and its natural environment.

He lives in Niseko Hirafu and has been producing photographic works of the Niseko area throughout the four seasons for many years. He especially enjoys skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and photographing the scenery in the Hirafu area.
